Springville Town House Sold....


Sold this Town House to one of my favorite clients this week. Hope she enjoys it and she's a first time home buyer so she will be getting $8,000 tax credit for buying before April 30th this year. Sure wish I could be a first time home buyer again.

What was the price of that home?? It looks too cute and royal as well. I wish one day I can buy such home for my parents :)
