So this post is a little old but I sold this home back at the first part of January. It qualified for a special financing program through Provo City called Home Purchase Plus. This program is set up to revitalize Provo Cities pioneer neighborhoods. It allows qualified buyers a zero percent deferred loan on 20% of the homes value or up to $20,000.
You can't beat that....especially when the home was listed at $124,900.
