The future of Utah County

It's been awhile since I've read anything in the news on Utah lake, the causeway or development on the west side of Utah lake. I read this article in the Daily Herald titled Peering into the future and realize that there has been a lot going on.

The three major developments are as follows:

1. The Utah Lake Commision is in the process of developing a master plan
for the lake and surrounding property.
2. The Mountainland Association is studying east-west traffic flow
in Utah County.
3. UDOT will begin its
environmental impact study on Utah Lake starting this July.

The growth analyst are predicting in the next 30 years is shocking. Now is the time to plan for that growth.

This is exciting news for the Mosida Orchards Project.
Many of you know that I'm involved in the Mosida Orchards Project on the west side of Utah Lake. If you don't know where Mosida is I've included a map.

I've been talking about this investment opportunity for over 3 years now and I'm so excited that others are seeing the vision too.
