Buy, Buy, Buy

I get asked about once a day "So what are you going to do now that the Real Estate market is in the toilet." For those of you who don't know I work in Real Estate. This way of thinking is a direct reflection of the way the media has put a spin on things. The media loves to take a story and spin in it into sales and man are they doing it with the Real Estate market today. Is it true that the Real Estate market is down?....Yes. Does this mean people should shy away from buying or selling real estate? Absolutely not! Some of the most successful people in Real Estate have seen opportunity where others see dis pare. I tend to agree with these people the opportunities in Real Estate right now couldn't be better. People have bought more then the could afford in years past and have been able to do so because of creative financing. Builders have over built and have more inventory then ever. So what does all of this mean. BUY, BUY, BUY.....Interest rates are good and there are some really good deals out there. Now is the time to capitalize. So in answer to the question what I'm going to do.....I'm going to stay right where I'm at because its like Thomas Alva Edison said "Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overall and looks like work."
